Atkins Diet Induction Menu?

HI! I have printed off all of the induction menus I can find on Atkins Diet sites in order to make up my own because the grocery is sooooo far away it is all about PLANNING, PLANNING, PLANNING! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone out there can help me come up with a menu that is SIMPLE. I am a very simple southern girl and cook very simple and southern. For an example, the only spices in my house are salt, pepper, season salt and garlic powder. I know your basic cuts of meat and stuff like that. Any help would be soooooo helpful!
