Reason for a person to hide their match.com profile after receiving an email?

I sent a typical "hi/I like your profile/wanna talk" message to a woman on match.com. It was a straightforward and friendly message. Shortly after reading my message she hid her profile and hasn't unhidden it in a few days. I'm cool with it if she's not interested. I just thought her response was peculiar. Any thoughts?
