Picasa (Picnik) like editor ?

Tell me a software that does photo editing like Picasa ( especially the picnik thing ) but it should be a freeware or the full version can be downloaded from torrentz . It shud not be photoshop, painter ( not so tough) but a really easy one and has features like Picasa ( especially the picnik thing ). Thx in adavance :))
