Hi, I know this is a long shot, but has anyone ever heard of STASIS DERMATISIS? I have it and its?

Its driving me nuts. The only cure for it is to use predisone, in fairly large doses, But I want to avoid that, I am in so mych agony, scratching all the time. I take coumadin, so it makes it worse because i bleed so easily. Any suggestions. COnt tell me to see a dermatologist, I have seen 7 of them in COnnecticut and no one has come up with a soulution. Pleas help me.
