Family falling apart?

We recently moved out to a more rural area and my dad has not sold our other house yet.We are paying for 2 houses,my dad owns a computer store and they arent doing good,my brother is getting $60 games and has o.c.d. and o.d.d. and he makes my mom pay for the things he wants and when my mom refuses to let him have something or she takes something away from him,he will cuss and yell and just be out of line.My mom is very depressed at this point,for a number of reasons.She doesnt like living where we do now,my other brother has gone to jail and will join the army very soon,she has many problems with her hormones,and we are very poor and on the brink of bankruptcy,which will make things worse for my mom,because she always gives in to what her children want.I really want some GOOD advice and she will NOT send my brother to anything that would upset him.Oh,and she has been going to medical school since october,and last weekend,she became very depressed,which brings me bad memories of from
