If i do this will i lose some weight or inches. or even notice some changes? [[my pic included]]?

you have a great plan and it looks like you don't have that far to go. Eating 5 times a day is great if you eat small portions and cut out the sugar. Sugar is the worst thing. if you go low carb you can also burn fat faster. running for a longer period would also be helpful, once you run for 45 min your body will have used up all your carb stores and will start burning fat. Keep in mind when you see the magazine covers with models and actors that have nice flat stomachs and a 6 pack, they do not walk around looking like that. Much like a fighter these models will often drop 10 to 20 lbs just for the fight or photo shoot. then they shoot back up to a more normal body size. good luck
