What do I do to be a Character at Disney World?

Okay so multiple people have told me I look just like Ariel (The Little Mermaid). I would absolutely love to maybe be her at Disney World. How realistic is this? I was wanting to maybe send them a few pictures of myself first before actually travelling all the way to Florida for an audition. What all would I need to do? How would I go about sending them my picture and information?
