AGP Gaphics Card not giving a Signal To my Monitor? Fan is running on Card, More Details...?

Just got a computer from my Aunt and it had an AGP Graphics Card. I can see the fan running on it but my monitor isnt getting a Signal, I just bought a nice Acer P201w Wide Screen from Wal-Mart, it works on the Motherboard Monitor Slot but not on the Card. Any reason why its not getting a signal?
