****** can i leave a cat outside at night ? ***?

i have a 1 yr old cat and a 5 month old kitten the one yr old is fixed and now jumps the fence to go into our neighbors yard on the side of the house and the chinese peoples yard on the backside of the house..anyway so everyday i have to bribe her to come back in with tuna which i dont feed her everyday...its kind of like a headache because sometimes she is stubborn and will not come back...we also have a door problem because we have the cat door in the screen door and not the main door so we have to leave the main door a bit open...i was wondering what if i leave her outside at night if its too late and she has not come in yet will she hang around in the back yard if she find the door not open....my parent wont let me get a door or any other opening thats directly into the house...i know that for a fact......
