How come all books by black authors are automatically labeled as "urban" fiction?

I'm a writer myself and part of my fear is that just because i'm black my work will automatically get thrown into the black urban section. Not that there's anything wrong with black urban but i'd rather be in the Stephen King section if I'm writing horror, in the Harry Potter section if I'm writing kid's books, or the Twilight section if I'm writing teen fantasy/romance. Don't just throw me in the black section because I'm black, regardless of the subject matter of my work (or just because my protagonist may be black).
