How do i get to the evidence chest in oblivion?

so i got my daedric armor and i got it by killing the person at the roxy inn but got arrested.so i herd theirs an evidence chest but i dont know where its found because i want my full daedric armor back along with all my good weapons...plz help i need my stuff back.
