How do you get at the spark plugs behind the 3.4L V6 in an Olds Silhouette minivan?

Is there a trick to accessing the spark plugs on the backside of the 3.4L Oldsmobile Silhouette minivan? There's almost no room. It might be the same for the Chevy Venture.
