How is mandating that people buy HC insurance with a minimum standard of quality equate to govt provided HC.?

The same logic that interpretes how "the Constitution's principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the states by the Constitution of the United States are reserved to the states or the people" means they can do what they want "for our own good".
