Do magazines like Seventeen magazine and Elle Girl and cosmo girl offer internships to foreign young writers?

Im about to graduate grade 12 in 2011 and will hopefully be starting uni shortly after that. However id like to work with some of the renowned fashion and lifestyle magazines during my summer break in 2011.Ive already worked as a full time reporter for a lifestyle and business magazine in Bangladesh(my home country) and for a summer job and still work as a contributing writer there. I also work as a text writer and copy editor for an NGO in my country. Id like to work for something like Elle Girl Japan or Seventeen Malaysia but will they give me an internship for my summer break?
