My dog just randomly freaks out?

Try to think of any possible triggers, maybe a car horn outside or a loud noise that happens every so often. Dogs have very sensitive hearing it may be something she is hearing that scares her. If it seems detrimental to her then see the vet but if you aren't worried about it then sounds like she is fine as long as she isn't hurting herself when she falls.
