Does this mean something or not when he does this?

Okay, so there's this guy I like in orchestra that sits next to me, and a few times this week he's put his arm around me for like, 3 seconds and then he takes it off and apologizes (and sometimes laughed) He also asks me if I can see (the teacher/conductor) and once I said no and he pulled me closer to him...if it does mean something, what do I do to show him that I like it?
