I think my computer has a virus. a certain about.Brontok.A keeps on appearing in my pics after deleting it....

i had a virus named Pacuks.doc and deleted it in safe mode but my computer restarts whenever i want to download something from the net. i find out that there's this about.Brontok.A in my pics. does this have something to do with the restarting of my laptop? i've deleted it several times and several times it would reappear. what should i do? i already scanned my laptop but no virus has found. pls help me! pls! pls! pls! asap! thanks people! i need your help!
